Important information on temporary closure

WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT 

WE OPEN OUR HOTEL FOR YOU AGAIN ON MAY 29th!



Dear guests!

Covid-19 is currently determining all of our daily lives and we too have of course temporarily closed our hotel due to the regulations to contain the corona crisis.


We hope to resume our health service then. As soon as this is possible under the aspect of the safety of employees and guests, we will inform you via newsletter and here on our homepage.

 
 

Cancellations

All stays that fall within the Corona's closing time will of course be cancelled free of charge and any deposits already made will not be forfeited!

If you have any questions or are unsure, please contact us! We will surely find a good solution.

We would like to thank all guests who want to make up for their stay at a later date. 

 
 

Ordering products

For food supplements and some of our own products we are happy to accept orders at htlspnbrgrt .

Delivery is by post and free of charge for orders over 50 €.

To strengthen the immune system...

What can I do for myself at home?

Now is not the time to fast strictly, as this requires the accompaniment of a Mayr doctor in any case. Nevertheless, you can simply implement many of the basic principles of the mayr cure at home and do something good for your body:

Plan your day: Determine fixed meal times and remember that your digestion needs sufficient breaks between meals. If you can, it is best to avoid dinner or at least not to eat raw food after 5 p.m.

Drink a lot: Those who drink too little are not only tired and exhausted, but also more susceptible to infections. However, you should not drink during the meal, but during the breaks in between, otherwise the digestive juices will be diluted.

Celebrate the meal: When was the last time you had time to relax and cook? Trying out new dishes? To sit at the table without stress? Enjoy the food and be proud of your creations.

Healthy cooking: alkaline dishes, lots of vegetables, fresh herbs and food combining are ideal. (And if you ever feel like cake, then make one and eat it with pleasure). 

Eat slowly and chew a lot! Just as you learned it here!
