I have been running a general medical practice in southern Styria for more than 30 years and in recent years I have been looking for a holistic form of therapy that I can use to support my patients in these stressful times. The simple and ingenious idea of the 3-S of F.X. Mayr medicine (rest, cleansing and training) combined with the 3-S of modern Mayr-Prevent therapy (substitution, sport and soul) immediately fascinated and captivated me.
