This sentence has accompanied and guided me in my osteopathic practice for many years. As a holistic doctor, however, you realise relatively quickly that the entire body can never be completely healthy without a well-functioning gut. This knowledge led me to Mayr medicine, which for me is still the best way to find a healthy gut and therefore well-being and real health in body and mind.
