We eat too hastily, too much at once, too often during the day, too late in the evening and too tired.

Hectic lifestyle, stress, vegetative overload, poor nutrition, harmful environmental influences as well as many intolerances, allergies, heavy metal pollution, fungal ailments – all of this motivated me to become a Mayr physician. I want to motivate my patients to actively participate in their journey towards good health and to do so readily, with joy and discipline.
