Mayr cure in the green! Simple, natural: Our "Forest Apartment" is located 3 km outside the centre of Gröbming on the edge of the forest with a view of meadows and mountains. It is for all those who want to live in the middle of nature.

Beautiful stone pine furniture and a fully functional tiled stove create a cosy cabin atmosphere. The surrounding nature does the rest: from the south-facing balcony you can watch the cows graze, while on the north side there is an almost magical forest full of moss and ferns. If you like to sleep with an open window, you can hear the babbling creek. Directly past the flat is the "F.X. Mayr Weg" - an 12 km long hiking trail that leads from the centre of Gröbming to the Kneipp facility and back again and, with eleven resting and memorial places, that mark one of Dr. F.X. Mayr's favourite walking trails.
Speaking of walks: it takes around 40 minutes to walk to Hotel Spanberger, 7 minutes by bike and just 5 minutes by car.

All treatments and meals according to F.X. Mayr take place at the Hotel Spanberger. If you book the Forest Apartment including Mayr treatment, we will make sure that your treatments take place as staggered as possible so that you don't have to travel back and forth too often.

1 bedroom with 1.80 m double bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with tiled stove & TV. South-facing balcony. 1 WC. 1 bathroom, bathtub with barrier-free access.

The Forest Apartment can be booked together with a Mayr cure & the therapies at Hotel Spanberger or as a holiday flat with self-catering.

Arrival from 2 pm. Please arrive first at the Hotel Spanberger, Stoderplatzl 64-65. You will receive the keys and directions to the forest apartment at our reception. Reception is open until 21:00. If you arrive later, please let us know so that we can leave the keys for you.

Please depart by 12 noon. The final cleaning of the flat is included in the room price. Should you require regular cleaning for a longer stay, please let us know at the time of booking.
