Your reservations are handled in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry ("AGBH").

Cancellation charges are calculated as follows:

• up to 1 month before arrival no cancellation fees will be charged
• 1 month to 2 weeks prior to arrival 50% of the total package price
• 2 weeks to 1 week prior to arrival 70 % of the total package price
• in the final week prior to scheduled arrival as well as in the event of premature departure: 90% of the total package price
