Upon departure, our guests receive from us a detailed invoice which includes the diagnosis, date of birth and length of stay – comparable to what you would be given by your private doctor.
This invoice contains all of the clinical and therapeutic treatments you have received and can be submitted to your supplemental insurance provider (e.g. Merkur, Uniqua, Generali, etc.). If you have the right kind of policy, in our experience anywhere from 80 to 100% of your costs will be reimbursed.
That said, we recommend checking with your insurance company in advance.
For guests from Germany & Switzerland, the invoice also includes the requisite GOÄ number.
